1. What inspired you to work in yachting, and how did you become a stewardess?

Even though I studied as a pharmacy technician, since I was young I always loved hospitality and taking care of people. It gives me joy to see people happy and to create a positive atmosphere. Yachting combines all of this – high level service, professionalism, and creativity. That’s why I chose to become a stewardess, because it truly expresses me and gives me the chance to grow in a field I really love.

2. What does a typical day of guest service look like onboard La Pellegrina 1?

Well, there isn’t really a ‘typical’ day, because everything depends on what the guests need and how they want to spend their time. Usually, it’s about starting the morning with breakfast or coffee, making sure they feel relaxed, then during the day serving meals, drinks, and helping with anything they may want. In the evening we create a nice, elegant atmosphere for dinner. What I really enjoy is adding those little personal touches that make the guests feel special and turn the day into a memorable experience.

3. How do you create those “wow moments” for guests that they’ll always remember?

For me, creating ‘wow moments’ is about emotion and imagination. Every day I try to create something unforgettable that guests will always remember. Sometimes it’s a romantic dinner on the beach with red roses to celebrate their anniversary, or a beautifully decorated birthday, or even inviting a saxophone player at sunset for a magical atmosphere. Other times, it’s themed events, or special entertainment for children with mermaids and games. What matters to me is using empathy and creativity to make each guest feel unique and to give them memories that will stay in their hearts forever.

4. How do you adapt to different types of charters (families, couples, corporate groups)?

I adapt to different types of charters by understanding the guests’ needs and expectations. I’m flexible and enjoy working with every type of guest, whether it’s families, couples, or corporate groups — and often, all of these can be on the same charter. My goal is always to ensure everyone feels comfortable, cared for, and has a memorable experience.

5. Is there a signature drink or cocktail you particularly enjoy creating for guests on board?

I truly enjoy preparing cocktails and refreshing vitamin mocktails for guests, it’s one of the things I live for. I especially love introducing them to Greek flavors and fresh, natural juices that I make myself. One of my favorites to serve is a cocktail with Chios mastiha, lemon, and cucumber, it’s incredibly refreshing and many guests say they’ve never tasted anything like it before. Seeing their delight and surprise is what I enjoy most.
