Dear crew
This was an amazing week!! We loved Greece and your amazing food!! You made our vacation the most memorable we have ever had and so special for us, our three kids and their uncle/aunt. Greece is the most incredible country and we are so happy that we’ve explored some beautiful islands with the most admired and capable captain, an award-winning chef and the best hostess we could ever had.

What an amazing experience we had on the Babalu! From the beginning the crew made sure we had a great time from boarding in Athens to the many islands which the kids named for themselves. We had a wonderful experience at each island. Waters was beautiful. Snorkeling was awesome. Can’t say enough about the food!! Each meal seemed to be better than the last. Lots of stories told. Lots of liquids drank! What happened in Greece stays in Greece ?Thank you all for making this experience better than expected! I appreciate you making us feel like family. We will be back to visit our Greek (and Spanish) family soon.

I really appreciate how you took care of our family. You were very safe and in complete control. The food service and your hospitality was amazing. The restaurants you picked for us on shore were the best. Thank you and we hope to see you again!

We had a wonderful time seeing your beautiful country, despite the change of plans due to the winds. Captain your sailing skills made us feel safe through the high and heavy waves. Kat, thank you for your gentle communication and calming of our apprehension. And of course chef…. You made it special with each meal. From the preparation to the presentation everything was delicious!! We now have some favorite recipes to enjoy when we return home!!

What a week on the beautiful Babalu!! It far exceeded our expectations and it was an experience we will never forget. Niko, thank you for being such an amazing captain and for all the time you spent tubing and skiing with us. Nenetta, your food was incredible – you took us on a culinary tour and not just a sailing trip. Susana, thank you for keeping Babalu so beautiful for us, and for always being there to help us out with whatever were doing never without a smile. Action packed days on crystal blue waters, great swims, laughs and fun. We cannot wait to be back! We will miss you Babalu and fantastic crew,

Thank you for a wonderful experience. We had 3 generations on board and everyone of us truly enjoyed our trip to Greece, sailing and exploring the Greek islands with you. I will be forever thankful that we saw both Monemvasia & Hydra – the true Greece! Captain knew just where to sail is everyday for swimming in the cleanest bays. Akis- your moussaka will remain a favorite dish. You cared for all of us so lovingly, making sure we were relaxed, fresh and ready to go each day. Nova is lucky to have you! This will certainly be a trip for all of us to remember for many many years to come. We are very thankful for allowing us all to experience Greece with you! Best of luck to the Nova crew! Wishing you many more awesome of smooth sailing ahead!
